Account information: When vendors register, we collect name, email address, phone number, business name, preferred subdomain, and government-issued ID for verification.
Customer order data: When a customer places an order, we collect first name, last name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and an optional payment receipt image.
Usage data: We automatically collect browser type, IP address, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps to improve the Service.
Payment evidence: Payment proof images uploaded by customers are stored in Firebase Storage and are visible only to the vendor who owns the store.

All data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in. Vendor passwords are never stored in plain text.
